3. Pay Your Deposit + Daily
Pay your refundable deposit to lock your slot, then your daily contribution via Mobile Money. We send you a reminder every day so you never miss.
4. Receive Your Cashout
When your turn comes, the full cashout for that turn lands directly in your MoMo. The cycle keeps going until every member has had their turn.

A susu is a group savings system. Every member pays the same fixed amount each day.
After every few days, ONE member receives the full cashout collected for that turn.
Contributions continue until every member of the group has had their turn.
Your turn position depends on payment consistency — members who pay on time take their turn earlier; late payers are moved further down the list.
The list of turn positions you see when you join is NOT permanent. It can be reordered based on consistency.
No-Refund Policy
Once a payment is made, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies to your deposit, daily contributions, and any other money sent to a Julismart Susu group. We enforce this strictly to protect every member who showed up on time. Do not pay if you are unsure.

Common Questions
Is the deposit a fee?
No. The deposit is refundable in the sense that it is added to your contributions and returned to you when you cash out. It is NOT money paid to the admin — it just makes sure we admit only serious members.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No. Once a payment is made it is non-refundable. This applies to the deposit, daily contributions, and any other money sent to a group. We enforce this strictly to protect every other member who showed up on time.
What if someone doesn't pay?
They are moved to a later position in the turn order. Persistent defaulters are removed and the group continues — every other member still gets their cashout.
How are slots assigned?
Slots are first come, first served. Priority is given to members who are punctual, dedicated, and committed to making timely payments.
Can I be in more than one group?
Yes. Many of our members run 2–3 groups in parallel at different daily amounts.
